Once you complete the series of questions, your individual report will be loaded. This report is designed to help you identify your strengths and give you a few helpful tips on how to leverage them.

What information is passed if I choose a social login?

If you opt to use Facebook or LinkedIn to sign in to Echovate, we receive your name, email, and profile picture. This will be shared with the organization that administered your assessment.

How do I know if I'm selecting the correct answer?

There are no right or wrong answers, so answer honestly and choose the response that best represents how you feel. Don't get too hung up on one individual question. Organizations are not able to see how you individually responded to each question. 

Am I able to change my answers?

No, once you've submitted an answer to a question, you cannot return to that question. Don't worry if you selected the wrong answer to one question. We ask each question multiple ways, so your answers will balance out by the end of the assessment.
